Vaso-vagal

From: CA

Comments

I was just diagnosed with vaso-vagal syndrome after my third fainting episode. I just recently had another episode as well. Three out of four of these episodes were during my menstrual period. The three during my menstrual period were while I was ill during my monthly cycle. That is, the first time, I had amoebic dyssentery on my period (from overseas travel) and the other two times I had the flu and a severe cold. The first episode occurred after receiveing a rabies vaccine (to prepare for overseas travel) but I had become accustomed to shots by then as this had been my sixth vaccination. I am encouraged to hear that at least some people's symptoms go into remission. Is this usually the case?
