Re: Heart Palpitations after Eating

I have been under a lot of stress the last two years. Divorce and the children don't want to communicate with me and my Mom recently passed away. I wore a heart monitor for 24 hours. The results of the monitor where negative for heart "problem." Just stress, stop caffiene etc. I exercise and feel no palpitations. All was fine for six months until just two weeks ago. Now there back. I had a Scope of the stomache etc. No ulcer and such. I seem to stress more when I feel the palpitations and they increase. When I chill out, they decrease and go away in less than an hour. MY BP is normal. Still going to take a stress test.....lol. Good luck. Raul
