I have experienced about 4-5 of these episodes. The first one starting at about age 11. I was just taken to the emergency room for one last night and I was told that this is common among girls my age. I am now 22 and find it odd that this is true. I don't see how it could be common for girls my age when the first time it happend, I was about 11 years old. The doctor said there is nothing I can take to prevent this from happening again. I believe it will, and I could usually tell when there coming on. I tried to rerember the conditions I was in when they all happened to see if anything tied together, but they have all happened under completely different circumstances. I've also taken many tests and everything comes back normal. This worries me and I want to know if there is anything I can do to prevent it.
