prolongued "near-fainting," or presyncope

Thank you so much for this site. Last week, while in the bathroom, I started to feel faint. Things went "white" in my visual field, and I almost went out. I cleared up a bit, but I haven't quite returned to normal. I've been to the doc twice now, but he can't figure it out. It appears to match, almost exactly, "presyncope," or "almost-fainting." Since there was nothing that turned up in all the testing I've had done (blood, glucose, inner ear), I am beginning to think vasovagal.

I've been in this presyncope state for over a week now. Comes on in the morning, stays generally through the afternoon, sometimes into the evening. Today, all day. Has anyone else had this? There's no dizziness, just lightheadedness. No headache, nothing else.

Can this be fixed? It is quite annoying. Thanks so much for responding, and again for this amazing site.
