Hello there.

I have blacked out several times on air planes.

It is sometimes a combination of a hot environment- some stress- but mostly that there is not enough oxygen for you in the cabin.

Please see my lastest posting for general healthy guidlines-

When on the air plane; Ask that the air conditioning is cool enough to make you comfortable--- Do NOT resist to ask for Oxygen- It feels great! You black out when not enough gets to your brain- Oxygen has prevented 'episodes' for me more than once- Do not drink alcohol or too much coffee. Be sure to walk around on the flight ot get your blood pumping- when seated- raise your feet.

Try some relaxation techniques vs. tranquilizers- ie.) diphramiatic breathing, positive visualization

You'll be OK. TS
