Vaso-Vagal ?

Hello, from time to time I start to cough followed by dizzieness (sometimes I pass out)then I get a severe headache. One doctor told me it was Vaso Vagal and another one told me I had Ashthma but instead of wheezing, I just cough.

What worries me is that sometimes when I'm driving, it hits me and I have to try very hard from passing out. I've almost had 4 accidents last month.
