Hi I have a son who has complete heart block due to vv after eating. He was very skinny for his age and height at the time of the pacemaker placement. He has gained some weight now. He had episodes throughout the day and night also. Even while sleeping. He could burp, hiccup, swallow, etc. to cause an episode. You can email me directly if you would like to talk more in depth about any info that I have. Hope I can help in some way.
