Hi Danni ISome people do get VV after eating - I think the theory is that the process of digestion pulls your blood into the intestinal region, so if your have low blood volume (ie dehydrated) then your don't have enough blood to keep your BP up. I'm not sure how these other issues like diabetes would effect the situation though. Is heart rate the only issue? Do you ever faint, or feel dizzy, anything like that?
