vasovagal pre - syncope : salt and dehydration

i was just diagnosed with this and i am readind alot about salt and drinking water.can anyone give me some tips about this and how to fight it...medication is not how i want to fight it..any kind of help is appreciated...i also suffer from panic and anxiety disorder...no meds ther either
