I have that "dream-like" feeling during my episodes, too, Virgil. Actually "nightmare-like" is more applicable! It's a very difficult feeling to describe; it's so surreal. Like you're aware of all the pain and feelings, but not totally conscious or in your right mind. See, I still can't describe them after all these years.

Glad you've got a doc. I've been to several, but never really got any answers. They have NO idea what causes my VV episodes or what could prevent them. Mine almost always occur in the middle of the night, tho I occasionally have mini-vagal moments of light headedness, etc. in the day time.
